Accommodation Tariff

• To ensure your stay is as delightful as possible, the management kindly requests your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines. Consider these as a mutual agreement between you, our valued guest, and "Scenario" that governs the usage of our cottages.

• We embrace a modest approach, and we ask for your cooperation in embracing it too throughout your stay.

• The tariff covers only the cottages/ accommodation exclusive of govt taxes.

• Any additional services and meals are available at an extra cost.

• Settlement of bills must be on presentation either by payment in Cash, UPI or valid Debit or Credit Card.

• Cheques and Demand Draft will be not accepted.

• During check-in, guests are required to present identification for Resort’s records. These documents Will be returned at the same time.

•  Check-in begins at 2:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. the following day.

• Late check-outs after 12:00 p.m. incur a nominal fee. Extensions until 4:00 p.m. and beyond 4:00 p.m., an additional hotel day fee applies.

• Guests are held responsible for any loss or damage to the

• resort property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible for.

• In case of any damage to Resort property due to above scenarios guests bear financial responsibility.

• The Resort is not responsible for loss of guests’ goods or valuables due to neglect or any other cause.

• The Resort’s liability for guest items follows regulations outlined in the Civil Code. It's important to note that the hotel is not responsible for items not deposited at the reception.

• Arrangements for safe custody of goods and valuables are available for guest’s convenience.

• The lights-out period starts at 11:00 p.m. and ends at 07:00 a.m. of the following day.

•  Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb others.

•  The Resort reserves the right to refuse services to those who violate this rule.

•  Animals are not allowed inside the Resort premises.

• No outside food and drink are allowed to be consumed inside the Resort’s common area.

• Strict prohibitions include hazardous goods, gambling, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, and pungent foods.

•  Feeding animals is strictly prohibited inside Resort premises.

• The Resort is not responsible for any accident caused by whether the use of any Electric Gadgets, Mechanical Appliances, or by any natural occurrence including Act of God.

• Guests are requested to adhere to all applicable acts, laws, and government rules and regulations.

• Breakfast is available from 09:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. for those who wish to partake.
